Laurie Stansfield

Laurie Stansfield is besotted with stories and us, bizarre ol' human beings. She illustrates characters which delight both children and adults alike. Laurie's drawings are observant, whether it be an object, type or figure, she is constantly describing human communication and emotions. Creating images with pencils and paint from which textures blossom, these scribbles invite you to share her wealth of energy, enjoy!

Achieved a Highly Commended in the Macmillan Prize 2010. Received a First Class Honours BA degree in illustration at UWE, Bristol.
