Sky at Night Cover

Nicola Meiring TFL Upgrade - Information Campaign

Please do not obstruct the doors. Nicola has created some really fantastic illustrations for a new TFL campaign. A simple graphic map to help explain the ongoing upgrade of the London transport system. Catch one across the tracks, nose down in a free paper or online now and follow the route to better travel for the capital. This train is now ready to depart.

Often imitated, never duplicated.

Jason Brooks ends his collaboration with Hed Kandi.

As his agents, Jason has asked us to relay this message from his Facebook page: "I just wanted you to be the first to know that, as of today, I am no longer working with Hed Kandi. Great to be a free agent again and an exciting year ahead ! Jason xxx". It's onwards and upwards for the inimitable Jason Brooks, and it most definitely will be an exciting year ahead. Here's a reminder of some of the beautiful ladies that Jason has created over the years for Hed Kandi. Enjoy, and beware of imitations!

New Signing - Laurie Stansfield

Laurie Stansfield Another amazing illustrator joins Folio!

It has been an excellent week here at Folio and we have another new signing for you to cast your eyes over, the wonderful Laurie Stansfield. Laurie is besotted with stories, animals and us, bizarre ol' human beings. Delighting both children and adults alike, Laurie's drawings are observant, whether it be an object, type or figure, she is constantly describing human communication and emotions. She creates images with pencils and paint from which textures blossom, these scribbles invite you to share her wealth of energy, enjoy!

James Gilleard Illustrator and animator extraordinaire joins the Folio lineup!

It is with great pleasure that we announce our latest signing, James Gilleard. Drawing influences from all things '50s, '60s and '70s - pulp comics, fashion, architecture, photography and music - James creates beautifully textured, digital illustrations and animations that transport the viewer back to a nostalgic, golden era. If you're after work with a retro feel and a keen eye for the comedy in the human form, then look no further!
